“My journey began at West Point, where the principles of Duty, Honor, and Country shaped my character and laid the foundation for our company’s core beliefs. Through military service, corporate endeavors, teaching high school students, and entrepreneurship, these values became the cornerstone of my life. 

Crucially, my wonderful wife, Sonia, a native Spanish speaker, played a pivotal role in my journey. Her instant rapport with people of all walks of life, stemming from trust and genuine care, has made her beloved by those she encounters. Inspired by our experiences, ‘Jakal Tax’ was founded not just as a business but as a response to a need. Observing the exploitation faced by the Latino community fueled our collective commitment to  honest, hardworking, and humble service.
